MI List is partnering with EMILY's List to convene a 2-day intensive candidate training for pro-choice Democratic women interested in running for office. On Friday and Saturday, May 5 and 6, a limited number of women will be invited to explore the possibilities of elected office and the nuts and bolts of campaigning in the company of women who have never run along side women who have run and won!

Overview
Our program will begin on the evening of Friday, May 5 with a welcome dinner and short session. Saturday, May 6 will be spent learning about fundraising, message development, direct mail, dealing with the media, and other important campaign issues.
This program is free, but space is limited. You must commit to attending the full training to be considered for participation. Participants are responsible for their own lodging.
